Returns:

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS; Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise.

  • Regular priced items may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND. Email us at customerservice@tailoredwest.com
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Tailored West Fashion Boutique cannot be liable for lost packages.
  • If your order received free shipping, the original postage will be deducted from refund amount.

SALE ITEMS; Sale items are considered FINAL. They are not returnable or exchangeable. Please ask any questions before you purchase sale merchandise.

EXCHANGES;  We do not store CC information. If you wish to EXCHANGE your item, please include a pre paid return shipping label for the new item, or give us a call and we're happy to charge you applicable shipping costs.  

CUSTOM/SPECIAL ORDERS and TAILORED ITEMS;  All custom , special orders and tailored pieces are considered final sale..

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged item that has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the item in the package and out of the package and report to us within 72 hours of its arrival. Please keep all the packaging and the item. We will access the situation, report it to the carrier, and get back to you as soon as possible to let you know what we can do for you and what the process will be. Email: janet@tailoredwest.com
